I waited weeks for my order and the tracking just sat there without moving. What made it even more frustrating was that I couldn’t get a real person to talk to about it, just automated replies and no actual help. Definitely not ordering from here again.

I’ve ordered from henuaofficial.com a handful of times now, my experience has been solid. The website is simple enough to navigate, and everything I’ve bought has shown up as expected. To me, it feels like one of those shops that just does what it’s supposed to without making the process complicated.
There was one order where the shipping felt a little slower than I would’ve liked, but it wasn’t a huge deal. I do enjoy the products, so I’ll probably keep coming back when I need to restock. My main hope is that they keep the quality and service consistent...

I ordered from henuaofficial.com because my skin has been dry, and I was hoping this would give me a more noticeable hydration boost.

From my experience, it feels really nice when I first apply it, and my skin does look and feel a bit better for a while. But after a few hours, the dryness starts coming back, especially around my cheeks.
It’s not a bad product, and I’ll definitely finish it, but for the price I expected the moisture to last longer. I’m not totally sure I’d repurchase

The website looks good and I didn’t have much trouble finding my way around. A few pages loaded slower than I expected though, which made me wonder if they’re maybe pushing too much extra stuff in the background or just haven’t optimized it yet. Checkout was easy and clear, so that part was fine. Overall, not a bad experience, just feels like it could be a lot smoother...

I really wanted to like this, but the smell was just way too much for me. It came across kind of sharp, with this earthy-perfume mix that lingered on my skin in a way I didn’t love...

My skin is super sensitive, like it gets annoyed by everything, so I was a little nervous trying this. But it ended up feeling really gentle, no stinging or burning, which is always the first thing I look for. I did notice a tiny bit of redness the first day and had that little “uh oh” moment, but it went away quickly and didn’t turn into anything. So overall I’m happy with it and I’ll keep using it, I just wish it was a little cheaper because of course the stuff my skin likes has to cost more

I ordered the serum and face cream and started noticing a difference after about 3 weeks. My skin looks less red and a lot more even now, which I’m really grateful for. It’s not some overnight miracle, and it is a little pricey, but I can actually see a real improvement.

I ordered two specific items from Henua, and unfortunately, what showed up was not what I selected. One of the items came in the wrong size, and the other was a completely different style, which was annoying.
I checked my confirmation email just to make sure I hadn’t made a mistake, but everything on my end was correct. So i’m not sure how the order got mixed up like that.
I reached out to customer service, but the response took longer than expected and didn’t really resolve much. Overall, not a great experience, and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again

I grabbed the discovery set before committing to the full-size products, that was the right move. Shipping took a few extra days, which was kind of annoying as hell, but the samples were packed really nicely. It gave me a chance to figure out what actually worked for my skin instead of guessing like an idiot. Definitely worth trying first.

I liked the overall feel of Henua and the focus on sustainability stood out to me right away. From a customer point of view, though, I found myself looking for clearer details about things like packaging and where ingredients or materials are sourced from. The idea is great, and I appreciate the direction they’re going in, but having more transparent info would make the experience feel a lot more complete.

They did eventually sort the issue out, but the late reply was annoying. The help was fine once they got back to me, it just came at the worst time and made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be.

This one was a miss. The return itself was more annoying than it needed to be, and I had to follow up a few times just to get things moving. They told me the refund would come by a certain time, but it didn’t, which was frustrating. Maybe others have had better luck, but based on my experience, I’m not planning to buy from here again
